Ronnie, Call Me When You Get A Chance by Shelley Fabares

Ronnie call me when you get a chance

Shelley Fabares became a teen star when she played the part of Mary Stone on the television series, THE DONNA REED SHOW. She did not have the strongest voice but her status as a teen idol enabled her to place four songs on the BILLBOARD MAGAZINE Hot 100, 1962-1963, Including the number one hit “Johnny Angel.”

The last chart single of her career was “Ronnie, Call Me When YOu Get A Chance,” which stalled at number 72 during the spring of 1963. Even the picture sleeve could not make it a hit.

She would go on to star in three Elvis Presley films and tWO more televison series, ONE DAY AT A TIME and COACH.
